Hosanna House is a residential group home for foster children, providing care for both male and female residents aged 3-17 years old. We specialize in keeping sibling groups together, offering a stable, family-like environment where love, care, and support are paramount.
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team. As a staff member at Hosanna House, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment for foster children. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining a family-like atmosphere for the children in our care.
- Assisting with daily tasks such as chores, meal preparation, and homework.
- Providing emotional support, love, and compassion.
- Working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the well-being of each child.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to obtain an Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-year paid childcare experience or related training/education.
- CPR, First Aid, and CPI training required before the first shift (training will be provided if necessary).
Shifts Available:
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
- Sunday: 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM
- Monday: 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- Tuesday: 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM
- Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
