Position: Concierge Physician – Cash Pay Services Department Lead
Location: Gillette, Wyoming
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Physician to lead our Cash Pay Services Department. This role involves providing personalized, comprehensive medical care to a high-net-worth clientele, including VIPs, with a strong emphasis on performance medicine, hormone therapy, supplements, strength training, and alternative medicine practices. The ideal candidate will guide clients through executive physicals, offer a variety of therapeutic options, and ensure seamless follow-up care through telemedicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized medical care to VIP clients, focusing on performance medicine, hormone therapy, and alternative treatments.
- Conduct executive physicals and develop comprehensive health plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Administer and oversee therapies such as stem cell treatments, ketamine therapy, hormone replacement, and red-light therapy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, including strength training and nutritional supplementation.
- Ensure exceptional patient experiences by guiding clients through our range of services and maintaining ongoing communication through telemedicine.
- Lead and manage the Cash Pay Services Department, driving growth and maintaining high standards of care.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active, unrestricted medical license.
- Proven experience in concierge medicine, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clients.
- Expertise in performance medicine, hormone therapy, stem cell treatments, ketamine therapy, and alternative medicine practices.
- Familiarity with emerging therapies, including red light therapy and other innovative treatments.
- Strong background in cash pay medical services and the ability to manage a department focused on such services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Willingness to relocate to Gillette, Wyoming, and integrate into the local community.
Compensation: We offer an extremely competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
