Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and results-oriented Director of Cash Pay Service Line Development to take our vision for these services and transform them into successful, revenue-generating business units. This role is critical for crafting innovative offerings that appeal to local and international clients while establishing our organization as a premier destination for high-end medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning and Execution
- Take service line ideas from concept to execution, creating detailed business plans that include market analysis, cost estimates, ROI projections, and operational requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote each service line to target audiences, including local, regional, and international clients.
- Get all of the necessary stakeholders together and then come up with a actual business plan for those ideas, a timeline, a budget and understand the impact it will have to the organization and its resources.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure all operational, staffing, and legal requirements are met before launch.
- Take service line ideas and create a priority queue and figure out which to tackle first based on operational capacity, revenue generation and feasibility.
Service Line Development and Optimization
- Build out service ensuring profitability and high-quality patient experiences.
- Establish success metrics for each service line and continuously evaluate performance, making adjustments to improve outcomes and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), physicians, and operations teams to align services with organizational goals and maintain compliance.
- Ability to keep people on a strict timeline and be goal oriented to keep the company’s mission moving constantly.
Client Outreach and Relationship Building
- Develop and manage a network of high-value clients, creating a reputation for Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic as a destination for premium, cutting-edge medical services.
- Engage with external partners, including referral sources and marketing agencies, to drive business to new service lines.
- Serve as the public-facing representative for the clinic’s advanced high end medical services attending events and cultivating client relationships.
Leadership and Team Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, develop, and launch multiple service lines simultaneously.
- Facilitate buy-in from all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and adherence to timelines and goals.
- Manage competing priorities effectively, keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
Creativity and Innovation
- Identify new, innovative service line opportunities that align with the organization’s vision and emerging trends in wellness and regenerative medicine.
- Propose creative solutions to challenges, from marketing strategies to operational workflows.
- Collaborate with the CMO and leadership to prioritize projects based on feasibility, revenue potential, and organizational capacity.
Marketing & Patient Engagement
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services to the target audience.
- Create patient-centric messaging that highlights the value, convenience, and quality of the offerings.
- Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and partnerships to increase awareness and drive patient acquisition.
Financial Oversight & Performance Tracking
- Monitor financial performance of services and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders and senior leadership on the success, challenges, and opportunities within the service lines.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, patient confidentiality, and insurance guidelines related to cash pay models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in service line development, business planning, or healthcare operations, preferably in a large organization with multiple new service offerings.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business units in the medical or wellness space, with a strong understanding of cash-pay models.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to interface effectively with physicians and clinical teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong marketing acumen, including experience with client outreach and campaign development for high-end medical services.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
