Qualifications :

  • 4 years of similar experience with luxury independent hotels in banquets.
  • Luxury hotel experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven experience in managing large teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of all banquet functions, ensuring they meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and event organizers, addressing any last-minute adjustments, feedback, or service needs.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on providing outstanding guest experiences.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
