YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS 

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. 


As the Maintenance Manager, you will supervise the general maintenance of the property, including but not limited to, repairs throughout the inside and outside of the hotels and restaurants (guestrooms, bathrooms, hallways, lobby, kitchens, dining rooms, etc). You will lead the technician team and be responsible for scheduling, ordering, and tracking the preventative maintenance program. You will keep the hotel appearance and equipment operating according to Geronimo Hospitality standards. You will oversee inspections keep facilities in line with state and federal life safety requirements.

  

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE 

  • Leads and supervises the facilities’ team of technicians
  • Responsible for scheduling, ordering within budget guidelines, and keeping track of the preventative maintenance program
  • Provide daily reports and communication regularly with management
  • Utilize the maintenance software to allocate work job assignments
  • Oversees annual, quarterly, and monthly inspections, ensuring the facilities keep in line with state and federal life safety requirements
  • Perform carpentry work and painting on facilities
  • Maintaining grounds, gardens, entryways, decks, parking lots (including snow removal as needed)
  • Work with outside vendors for needed services
  • Maintain the facilities so that they are free from safety hazards
  • Work with Hendricks Commercial Properties maintenance technicians on shared areas as needed
  • Responsible for preventative maintenance
  • Able to react quickly when situations come up
  • Trash removal as needed
  • Position subject to irregular hours to include late nights, weekends and holidays.

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED 

Education 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training 

  • Previous maintenance experience in hotel or similar environment; firm knowledge of plumbing, electrical and refrigeration repairs.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING 

Licenses/Certificates

  • HVAC preferred
  • Competency in Microsoft office, including excel, work, and outlook.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT 

  • U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
