Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Administrator handles all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function for the organization including administering and processing Accounts Receivable, administering all aspects of billing/collections, assisting with internal controls.
Accounts Receivable Administrator works under the supervision of Director of Finance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Credit Card Authorizations
- Direct Billing to Clients
- Weekly Reporting of Account Status\ A\R Ageing
- Guest Ledgers Refunds, Advanced Deposits, etc.
- Payment Postings Check, Lockbox, Wires.
- Filing
- Incoming Customer Calls
- Coordination with Hotel Sales Managers
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance.
