HOTWORX Walla Walla is seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our team! If you’re passionate about fitness, sales, and customer service, and excited about promoting a healthy lifestyle through membership sales, this role is for you. As the General Sales Manager, you’ll combine your fitness focus with leadership skills to drive membership growth, inspire a fitness-minded team, and help members achieve their wellness goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a team player to grow the studio's membership base through sales efforts, onboarding new members, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Engage in tasks both inside and outside the studio to promote the HOTWORX brand and services, including community outreach via social media, phone, text, email, and participation in local events.
- Post regularly on social media to keep members informed, motivated, and excited about studio updates.
- Lead and inspire the membership sales team by meeting personal sales targets and coaching the staff to exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and keep members motivated to achieve their fitness goals.
- Focus on personal development and encourage staff growth.
- Ensure the studio remains spotless and runs smoothly, with an emphasis on cleanliness and operational excellence.
Requirements/qualifications:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Coachable, dependable, and experienced in customer service (2 years preferred).
- Skilled in social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and tech-savvy.
- Passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle while leading and growing a sales team.
- 1-2 years of sales and supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
