Are you a Leader and ready to take the next step? Would you like the Independence and Excitement that comes from running the hottest fitness studio in town? HOTWORX is looking for a General Manager for its Lakeland Hills, WA Location.
HOTWORX is a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio and is the first-ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Barre, and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
Our ideal candidate would have previous sales experience and management experience is highly preferred. Another requirement is a strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best, so fitness needs to be a driving factor in your life. You will be the FACE of HOTWORX Lakeland Hills.
This will be a hourly position (hourly base plus commission and bonuses paid monthly) significant opportunity with commission structure and just waiting for someone to dig in and earn at the top tier.
Work times will vary between 9 AM - 6 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM a couple of days a week with a potential of a couple of Saturdays a month. Our GM will not just be in the studio alone, there will be 2 - 3 other Sales Associates on your team that you will manage. Community outreach and being outside of the studio promoting HOTWORX will be part of this job, outside of studio hours.
