We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HVAC Warranty Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including compressors, coils, ductwork, and mini-split systems. This position is essential for ensuring our customers receive reliable and high-quality service under their HVAC warranties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and replacement of HVAC system components, including compressors, coils, and ductwork.
- Support the installation of mini-split systems.
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols during installations.
- Work closely with lead installers to ensure proper and efficient installation of HVAC systems.
- Load and unload materials and equipment necessary for HVAC installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during installations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Previous experience in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
