Household Staffing is Hiring a Nanny Near Phila, PA
Private family in Philadelphia (Society Hill area) are in search of an experienced Nanny to work in their home. They have 2 boys; ages 2 and 4
The day starts around 7AM - The nanny arrives and prepares for boys breakfasts & for school. Clean up from breakfast, taking boys to school, pick up at 2:30PM, preparing snacks, light house cleaning, some neighborhood errands, etc. The day will typically end around 6/6:30. The nanny has flexibility during the day while the kids are in school. This position would start immediately & will be full time.
The family has a home in Margate, NJ too. This nanny would be driving there at times, all expensed paid. They can also provide a car and/or parking space at their home.
What Works Best for Family: This family is warm and kind, they are generous as well. They do own quite a few valuables, art, higher end clothing, furniture etc. They need someone who is very detail oriented and appreciates the value of the home. There are security cameras that remain on all the time. They family often has extended family around, they enjoy hosting dinner parties and love a good birthday bash! Candidates must be open minded but not opinionated. Small visible tattoos/piercing would be considered but would have to be modest. Someone who can be a part of the family but also respects boundaries and understands they are an employee.

Position Responsibilities
- Childcare: Nanny for 2 children
- Housekeeping: Light Housekeeping Required,
- Cooking: Childrens Meals Only,
- Laundry: Children's laundry only
- Errands: Dry Cleaners; Post Office,Etc.
- Driving: Car Available for Position
Position Requirements
- Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 6PM/6:30PM - Breaks when the kids are in school
- Language: Bilingual is a plus but not reguired
- Experience: MUST HAVE 5 YEARS MINIMUM OF FULL TIME NANNY EXPERIENCE
- References: Minimum of 2 References
- Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
Position Compensation
- Salary: $40
- Living Accommodations: Live Out, but if nanny who is not local has an interest in working for them, they can provide an apartment.
