SUMMARY
Performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled manual labor and tasks of routine difficulty on buildings owned and/or operated by THA, and the grounds. Picks up trash and performs general cleanup of the common areas. Performs a variety of other duties such as moving furniture, appliances, loading and unloading materials and supplies, removing trash, garbage, and debris. Performs cleaning duties such as unit preparation, clean and wax floors, and other custodial duties. Assists in make-ready of housing units. This includes boarding the units, cleaning the inside and outside of units, and assisting higher classified employees in the performance of their duties as required. This role involves working in a public housing high-rise property, working conditions will be challenging. Though this work is difficult it is vital to maintaining these critical housing services for Tulsa's most vulnerable populations.

Who We Are
THA provides publicly assisted housing comprised of traditional public housing, mixed-finance sites, and housing vouchers. Currently, THA provides assistance to more than 20,000 individuals, or 7,200 families. THA is governed by a voluntary Board of Commissioners, each of whom is appointed by the Mayor of the City of Tulsa. The board employs THA’s President/CEO, who in turn employs the remainder of THA’s staff of approximately 200 team members.
