Requirements
· Be at least 18 years of age.
· Highschool diploma or GED.
· 2-3 Years of restaurant experience.
A Day in the life
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting and managing all daily operations within the restaurant. You will have up to 40 team members under your guidance, so it is essential that each one feels at home and ready to help create the best environment possible. As a manager, you’ll support your general manager in making sure procedures are followed and the HHC experience is top tier. This includes but is not limited to ensuring high food quality, creating a world class customer experience, ensure the restaurant is as efficient and profitable.
