POSITION: Clerical STATUS: Part Time
DEPARTMENT: Treasurer FSLA STATUS: Non-Exempt
WORK SCHEDULE: 21-28 hours per week SALARY: MAX $17.89/hr
Skills/Duties:
Wait on the counter.
Process and post mail.
Answer the telephone, assisting callers with their questions.
Balancing daily work and reports at the end of the day.
Release liquor licenses.
Complete and file mobile home permits.
Help figure splits and do tax searches.
Complete general clerical work.
Assist in tax sale listings and other miscellaneous projects.
Assist in duties of other department employees.
Code bills for lender companies.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
