Job Overview:
We are looking for experienced, reliable service electrician for residential and commercial electrical. Skilled at troubleshooting and customer service. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings. One day you might be running a residential service call, the next you might be installing conduit for a commercial HVAC control system. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Test electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to ensure compatibility and safety
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on electrical systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Skills:
- Proficiency in industrial and commercial electrical work
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
- Experience working with both high voltage and low voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in installations and repairs
Qualifications and Experience:
-Minimum of 3 years experience
-Minimum of journeyman's with the willingness to pursue your masters
