Accounting Manager

Hoxton Circle has partnered with a client on the east coast that needs a remote Accounting Manager on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week for an 8-9 month contract. The role will be 100% remote but based on east-coast business hours. The part-time schedule is flexible as well and medical benefits available through Hoxton Circle during the contract phase. 

• Review cash accounts, book activity, research where necessary
• Manage accounting inbox
• Respond to internal and external queries and ad-hoc requests
  
• AP – enter invoices, make payments
• Create invoices for completed projects- send for internal review, send to clients, track status, follow up.
• Handle any notices mainly related to taxes or payroll
  
• Monthly close journal entries
• Account reconciliations
• Review financials for completeness/accuracy
• Quarterly invoicing- run time reports and create and track invoices
• Revenue adjustments
  
• Work with tax items and annual review.
  

  Requirements:

• Needs NetSuite experience
• Experience managing revenue $25-$60M
• Need experience leading full month end close

Salary : $60 - $80
