What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oil Recycling Tech position at HPT Inc.?
Collect and treat used oil for re-sale.
Duties:
-Heat oil in tanks using oil fired tank burners add chemicals as needed
-Determine best / most cost effective way to treat various loads of oil.
-General maintenance and upkeep of oil facility (change valves keep work area clean etc...)
-Test oil inbound and outbound to ensure quality and compliance.
-Communicate with dispatch on loads leaving and arriving at facility.
-Keep Track of oil on hand both ready to sell and needing treatment.
-Collect oil from customer sites.
-Complete all required paperwork and other administrative tasks
Skills:
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and vacuum trucks .
- Proficiency in performing heavy lifting and moving of materials
- Knowledge of Used oil or Crude Oil processing
- Experience with in tank burners
- Self motivated and safety minded.
- Good customer service
- CDL preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
