Brief Description
a.Performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative assignments in support of the Treatment Plant
b.Proactively meeting or exceeding internal and external customer needs by providing high quality work in a professional manner in accordance with HRSD initiatives and industry best practices.
c.Assists Maintenance Planner with a variety of duties
d.Performing a wide variety of Procurement related activities to included submitting requisitions, reconciling of ProCard, and reconciling ProCard expenses of others against budget and resolving procurement related issues as needed
e.Manages recycling and disposal of materials/waste

Job Requirements
a.Education
1.Required
High school diploma or GED
2.Desired
Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
b.Experience
Required
a)Two years of increasingly responsible administrative and clerical office experience
b)Excellent computer skills using all MS Office products
c)Completion of all skills-based requirements for the position
c.Training Levels
Personnel are fully qualified at Grade 3 with the education and experience noted above. The fully qualified status must be consistently pursued. Employees that are not fully qualified, the following training levels have been established:
3a – One year of HRSD experience and completion of the appropriate level of skills-based duties as confirmed by your supervisor
3b – One-year general administrative experience

Required
a)Significant experience using MS Office and Adobe Professional applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Standard)
b)Ability to effectively utilize HRSD specific software applications (e.g. ERP, CMMS, OTIS)
c)Ability to follow technical procedures and schedules
d)Effective written and oral communication skills
