Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Account Executive at HTG, Inc. located in the Portland, Oregon/Vancouver, Washington Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. This role will require on-site work 2-3 days a week in our Vancouver, WA office.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in business development and account management including building pipeline and closing business
- Knowledge of IT solutions and services (3-5 years)
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
- Self-motivated and target-driven, you are intrinsically motivated by success
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field is required
- Experience in the IT industry is required
- HubSpot experience is a plus
- Staffing experience is a plus
