Job Description: Parts and Aftermarket HVAC Sales/Account Executive
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
Some cold calling required (leads provided)
Prepare quotes and present to customers
Follow up on quotes, and open quote reports
Actively expand new channels of business
Work closely with inside sales and purchasing personnel to ensure timely delivery
of products to customers
Report weekly on progress of potential sales
Skills:
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service with previous sales experience
Become an OEM parts expert with our lines we are exclusive to
HVAC experience an asset
Knowledge of water source heat pumps and PTAC’s also an asset
Strong computer knowledge
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter, self-motivated
Team player capable of managing multiple priorities
Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
Desire to contribute and succeed
