We are seeking a Damage Claims Specialist to manage and process customer property damage claims related to utility service operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely claims processing while maintaining compliance with state regulations and the Company’s tariff. From the initial claim submission to final resolution, you will oversee the entire claims process, ensuring proper documentation, maintaining tracking reports, and addressing customer inquiries.
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred); High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in claims handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , especially Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Pay : Based on experience
This is a full-time, temporary role expected to last at least 6 months .
