Our Logistics Coordinator is responsible for handling all orders, routing, deliveries, installations, and communication with assigned locations. The Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for all communication with delivery and install teams, as well as, the assigned sales contacts with each client.

Shift: M-F 4a - 12:30p

Pay Rate: $17-19/hr (biweekly)

The successful candidate will:

• Successfully communicate with co-workers and customers both in writing and verbally with fluency in the English language
• Work independently and follow procedures/work instructions.
• The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic
• Have previous success in fast-paced environment.
• Be comfortable with logistics terminology.
• Previous experience with billing a plus.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Able to type at least 50WPM
• Regular and dependable attendance
• Have the ability to manage incoming and outgoing calls, email, chat and/or text communications in a professional and timely manner
• Computer skills, including MS Office/Excel, AS400 functions: air-bills, manifest, customer, customer service, reports, etc.

After training, this position will move to a work-from-home. Reliable internet and a quiet workspace is required!
