Duration : 12-month contract

As a Lead Enterprise Data Manager , you’ll drive compliance with regulations and policies, manage end-to-end data processes, and foster a data-informed culture across various business units and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Oversee and mentor a high-performing team, managing staffing needs, performance, and career development.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement tools and strategies that enable efficient data management and governance.
• Data Lifecycle Oversight : Map and monitor data flows across systems and processes, partnering with stakeholders to maintain the integrity of critical data elements.
• Governance & Compliance : Implement data standards, resolve quality issues, and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.
• Strategic Coordination : Lead cross-functional projects that align business processes with data strategies, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
• Metrics & Reporting : Develop and monitor performance indicators for data quality and controls, presenting insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Issue Resolution : Address and remediate data concerns, facilitating fixes for defects and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with goals.
• Process Optimization : Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance processes, improve workflows, and implement cutting-edge data management technologies.
