Essential duties:
- Will be the Safety Advocate for their respective shift and perform daily safety GEMBA walks
- Will lead, transcribe, and communicate various meetings throughout the shift
- Manage the various TPM programs (Kaizen, AM, PCS) on shift and assist in plant implementation
- Identify personnel for training and communicate those requirements
- Update documentation on a daily basis
- Responsible for communicating feedback from shifts back to management and maintenance to ensure issues are being addressed and improvements are being made
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data needed for TPM
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED required with at least 1 year of work experience at Huhtamaki
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Previous experience in Marion Continuous Improvement efforts preferred
- Desire to see the full implementation preferred
