Job Description
The ideal candidate should be able to stay on task with minimal supervision, follow directions as given, and have strong attention to detail skills. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position, M-F, 9-5. We offer 100% employer-paid health insurance. We also offer paid vacation and federal holidays.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Specifically Word and Outlook) is required. Office-related work experience is required. Attention to detail is required. Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

HRDC publishes two monthly magazines and several books and distributes books, primarily to prisoners nationwide.
Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities
Administrative support
Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.
Daily tasks will include collecting necessary data to process subscription and book orders, entering address changes in multiple databases, answering customer inquiries via email and phone, and preparing and sending subscription renewal notices (on a bi-monthly basis).
Additional office-related assignments as needed.
