Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic statistical analyst to join our growing Analytics team. This role will play an essential part in supporting various quantitative and analytical projects, contributing to our commitment to delivering impactful data-driven insights to our clients. You will work closely with team members on advanced analytics, collaborating to develop innovative solutions and uncover trends that inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support Analytical Projects: Conduct diverse analytic techniques, such as correlations, factor analysis, data manipulation, max diff, regression/modeling, algorithm development, cluster analysis, conjoint analysis, and text analytics.
• Utilize Analytical Software: Leverage key analytical tools (e.g., SPSS, Python, R) to deliver accurate and meaningful insights.
• Assist with Analysis Plans: Help draft analysis plans, summarize project execution, and develop clear execution plans.
• Interpret Findings: Aid project teams in interpreting and communicating analytical results, integrating insights into comprehensive reports.
• Enhance Data Sets: Create or modify datasets for advanced analysis as needed.
• Contribute to Methodologies: Recommend and develop new techniques and methodologies, dedicating time and resources to advancing analytical capabilities.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate positive internal relationships through quality analysis and timely project execution.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Analytical Proficiency: Knowledge of statistical and advanced analytical methods; familiarity with SPSS, Python, R, and other analytical tools preferred but not required.
• Business Acumen: Foundational understanding of our core capabilities, coupled with solid client service skills.
• Effective Communication: Strong skills in open communication and collaboration with the ability to adapt communication style to meet client needs.
