What we offer:
- Salary:$75,000 - $85,000/year
- Location:Queens, NY
- Schedule:Monday-Friday
- Benefits:comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan
- Maintain detailed records of fixed assets, projects under construction, and capital lease agreements
- Oversee the management and tracking of prepaid expenses
- Prepare and review detailed schedules and general ledger reports for monthly and annual financial closings
- Record monthly journal entries and ensure account balances are reconciled
- Collaborate with external auditors by providing necessary documentation and support
- Conduct account reviews and prepare associated work documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or similar field
- Accounting experience in a healthcare setting (hospital preferred)
- Proficient in Excel
