Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Supervisor to lead our team in executing projects efficiently and effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising crew activities, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards on-site.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the crew, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
- Coordinate project schedules and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Utilize software tools such as Trimble for project planning and execution.
- Draft schematics and technical documents as necessary to support project objectives.
- Train and mentor crew members in best practices for safety, quality control, and efficient work methods.
- Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Apply knowledge of trigonometry in measurements and calculations related to construction tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in using Trimble and GIS software.
- Strong understanding of trigonometry as it applies to construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results.

- A valid driver’s license is required.
