Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, modify, and support new and existing software applications
• Use technical knowledge to create complex applications meeting user specifications
• Analyze and resolve software defects and issues
• Research, create, and edit technical documentation
• Evaluate and review project developments and applications
• Participate in team meetings to discuss software development challenges
  
  

Requirements

• Must work on-site in Glen Rock, NJ, 5 days a week (within a 50-mile radius required)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 2-3 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in C#, .Net technologies, and Visual Studio
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design and structured programming
• Strong skills in creating Windows Services, Web Services, Console Applications, and Websites
• Competency in using APIs and knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, React, Node.js, CSS, Bootstrap/Material
• Experience in secure, readable, and maintainable code writing
• Skills in supporting and troubleshooting large software solutions
• Understanding of database design, programming, and SQL
