This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sustainability Specialist or Sustainable Design Leader to join an expanding team, manage a diverse portfolio, enhance best practices, and champion innovative sustainable initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and assessment of various projects
- Development of bespoke sustainability frameworks
- Environmental and energy analytics
- Health and well-being design strategies
- Energy transfer studies
- Material use analysis
- Coordination of third-party certifications
- GHG emission analysis
- Sustainability assessments and benchmarking of building projects
- Assist in the management of a regional team, supporting with a variety of projects
- Oversee project management, workflows, staffing, and administrative tasks
- Support with proposal development and management.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of industry experience (architecture, design, or engineering)
- Registered Architect is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience of building environmental analysis methods and tools
- Experience with sustainability assessments - LEED, WELL, Envision, and GBCI ratings
- Previous involvement in project budgeting, team management and resource allocation.
