Truck Technician Position Available
Hunter Express US Inc. is currently hiring skilled Truck Technicians for our Laredo terminal. We’re looking for professionals to handle preventive and scheduled maintenance, as well as general repairs on company trucks, in accordance with MTO and company standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and Repair: Find and fix issues in our trucks and trailers efficiently, helping reduce downtime.
- Inspect Key Components: Check essential parts like brake systems, steering mechanisms, and wheel bearings to keep everything running safely and reliably.
- Specialized Repairs: Work on major parts, including engines, transmissions, and differentials, and replace components such as turbochargers and fuel system parts.
- Manage Warrantable Repairs: Identify repairs covered by warranty and document them clearly on work orders.
- Follow Company Standards: Collaborate with supervisors and lead mechanics, and adhere to all safety protocols.
- General Duties: Pitch in with housekeeping tasks and help with any other duties as needed.
