What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Line Supervisor position at Huron Area Center For Independence?
Job Summary
This position supervises 13 direct support professionals at the Center for Independence’s Don Wahl Apartments location and is responsible for the on-site management of this assigned environment. We are looking for a strong leader and someone who is very passionate about ensuring that people have a life of meaning and opportunities of choice. After hours on call only once every 4 weeks. This is an hourly position working 40 hours per week; working flexible hours to include 3 evening hours and 3 hours on a weekend each 2 week pay period. Resumes are always accepted.
Qualifications
Valid South Dakota Driver's License, 2 years of higher education, one year's full-time experience with people with disabilities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
