What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Developer position at Huxley?
A leading NYC investment management firm specializing in credit managing around $35B AUM is looking for a star junior-mid-level fullstack software developer to join their team to support their front office operations!
The technology team is small but mighty and this is an excellent opportunity for someone with an appetite to learn the in's and out's of finance and work with cutting edge technology.
Must have skills:
- At least 3 years of software development experience in C# and/or Python but must have exposure to both
- Strong SQL database expertise and must be very data saavy
- Front end development experience in Angular/React/JavaScript - Angular is preferred
- Strong communication as you will be working very closely with portfolio managers
Major pluses:
- PowerBI
- Excel, VBA scripting
- Finance knowledge/background strongly preferred but not a must!
3-4 days in office required in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, NYC.
Total compensation up to $175k.
