Responsibilities: Maintenance Supervisor / Team Leader position is responsible for developing preventative maintenance programs, leading Maintenance Technicians, and supporting the automated systems that assemble the many cutting-edge products offered by Hydro-Gear.
Job Type: Full-Time 1st Shift located in Princeton, KY

Core Responsibilities of our Maintenance Supervisor / Team Leader:
- Develop and enforce preventative maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment
- Lead and develop skilled team of maintenance technicians
- Manage purchase orders and ledger accounts for the department
- Work with cross-functional peers and departmental teams on improvements and deliver projects
- Highlight potential safety, quality, or production risks within the plant
- Oversee contractors on potential maintenance projects
Qualifications for Maintenance Supervisor / Team Leader:
- Bachelor degree (B.S.) or Associates Degree (A.S.) and/or 5 or more year’s related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 or more years Leadership experience preferred
- Experience in project management
- Proficient in process control documentation
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Maintenance Management Software, etc.
