Master Production Scheduling: Create and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to optimize capacity, material availability, and on-time delivery.
Logistics and Transaction Support: Manage and execute work order, sales order, and purchase order transactions to ensure accurate fulfillment and shipping.
Continuous Improvement and Reporting: Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, and logistics efficiency.
Leadership Duties and Responsibilities: Setting clear performance expectations, regularly reviewing progress, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues when necessary.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in SIOP, production scheduling, logistics, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with experience managing crossfunctional SIOP and logistics processes.
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fastpaced environments.
- Knowledge of inventory management, capacity planning, shipping, and logistics operations.
- Experience in electrical infrastructure manufacturing or industries requiring custom solutions for critical facilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics needs specific data centers and missioncritical projects.
- Familiarity with transportation planning, customer delivery coordination, and shipping compliance.
