- Determine key quality compliance factors for manufacturing partners.
- Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products, and production equipment.
- Make sure processes adhere to quality standards defined by Hyper Solutions.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Assess quality systems maturity level for our manufacturing partners and support improvement activities.
- Lead the Customer Quality Management Process which include Quality Complaint Management (CQM), Return of Material Approval (RMA), etc.
- Collect and analyze data to keep Quality Key Performance Indicators up to date.
- Create quality inspection standards and procedures, forms, and reports.
- B.S. in Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent business discipline
- Minimum of five years (5 ) of related experience inclusive of managing third party quality assurance.
- Expertise with ERP systems a must. NetSuite experience a plus.
- Experience in leading continuous improvement activities utilizing Lean and 5S methodologies where appropriate.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
- Electrical Testing Knowledge / Experience.
- Experience on Contract Manufacturing Quality Assurance.
