We’re looking for a QA Coordinator to join our Quality team in Plainfield, Indiana.

What You’ll Be Contributing:
- Develop, support and manage quality metrics and dashboard;
- Support quality team to achieve 21 CFR 820 compliance and ISO 13485 Certification;
- Develop, support and lead quality reviews;
- Lead by example; coach, actively participate in daily tasks, motivate and engage employees;
- Create Quality Alerts, Deviations, and Communicate to Operations;
- Support Quality to identify opportunities for improvement and implement engineering change requests. Participate in the elaboration of continuous improvement techniques;
- Coordinate, plan, and analyze the incoming inspection activity of purchased products;
- Accountable for the daily execution of action plan(s) set in place;
- Intervene and partner with production team to resolve productivity and quality issues;
- Work with documents and records across various departments, including human resources, operations and quality assurance;
- Notify team members of updated document versions and how to access them;
- Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, customer procedures, drawings, etc. are documented and registered in system;
- Support users by answering questions, one-on-one training, troubleshooting and support for any changes made;
- Manage Calibration equipment and servicing.
What Sets You Apart:
- College degree in Quality, Business Administration or related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of quality standards and quality tools, processes and procedures;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Outlook;
- Knowledge of Power BI and other data analysis tools are an asset;
- Ability to effectively problem solve, along with good analytical skills.
