Direct Hire* Aerospace Technician /Assembler - NO WEEKENDS

HYUR has been working with a Aerospace company in the Hebron Ky area. We are looking for someone that is ready to come in to a opportunity were they can grow with the company, which opens doors for people who have little to no experience to gain experience.

SHIFTS:

• 2nd shift: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am Monday - Thursday

COMPENSATION: $17 - $18/hr

Job Description:

• Entry Level Aerospace Assemblers are performing assembly on custom aerospace parts.
• Working from aerospace drawings/blueprints
• Performing quality inspection using micrometers and calipers
• Marking parts & deburring parts
• Operating various machines including tumblers, grinders, drills, rivet guns, etc.
• Loading parts
• Tac welding
• Assisting in Laser & Brake press departments

Qualifications:

Must:

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude or mechanical assembly experience
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts
• Attention to detail
• Reading comprehension to follow written work orders and complete documentation
• Soft skills, including a positive attitude and the ability to work as a team
• Ability and willingness to be cross-trained and dynamic

Physical Requirements: Candidates will rarely lift anything heavy, but should be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
