Pizza Maker/ Counter Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to delivering high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by preparing delicious pizzas while adhering to food safety and handling standards.

Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food preparation stations.
• Handle food safely and in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations in a café or quick service fast food restaurant setting.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and tracking.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any special requests or dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, preferably in a pizza or quick service environment.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Previous experience using Aloha POS or similar systems is advantageous but not required.
