ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the administration of employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, documents, and HRIS data uploads.
- Handle various HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the HR team with projects related to employee data management, recruiting and onboarding, performance reviews, and other areas as assigned.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Human Resources, Business Administration or related
- Microsoft Office knowledge
