ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities (Financial Analysis)
- Analyze transactional and financial data from various sources.
- Collaborate with state department to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial billing statements.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven solutions and products
Responsibilities (Customer Support)
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our software products, especially those related to financial data and reporting.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services, particularly regarding, reports, data accessibility and usability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with financial data analysis is highly desirable.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in SQL, SSRS and Excel is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Preferred degree in Finance or a related field
