ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Collaboration & Solution Design:
• Partner with business units to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Propose and design scalable architectures that align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
Configuration & Customization:
• Implement complex business logic using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Validation Rules.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and security settings to meet specific business needs.
Custom Development:
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Create and maintain APIs for seamless integration with external systems and third-party applications.
Data Management & Integration:
• Design and implement data models that support business processes and reporting requirements.
• Develop data migration strategies and execute complex data loads using tools like Data Loader and ETL platforms.
Performance Optimization & Maintenance:
• Monitor system performance and optimize configurations and code for efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in both sandbox and production environments.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
• Create comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and promote best practices in Salesforce development and configuration.
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
• 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.
• Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions in B2B vertical software companies.
• Extensive experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing Salesforce Shield for enhanced security and compliance.
• Experience integrating and customizing Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) with Salesforce.
Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and security settings.
• Expert-level knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration tools, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in configurating and customizing Sales Cloud features such as Lightning Console, Einstein Analytics, and CPQ.
• Expertise in Service Cloud features including Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Management, and Customer Reports and Dashboards.
• Familiarity with Field Service, including mobile app configuration, scheduling optimization, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield components: Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field Audit Trails.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement features, including lead management, email marketing, and Salesforce integration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address unique business challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple project and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
