Key Responsibilities:

From assisting in VIP deliveries to maintaining top-notch sanitation standards, your role will encompass:

- Dish Machine Operations: Operate and maintain the dish machine, including refilling chemicals and testing sanitizer levels.

- Cold and Freezer Storage Management: Set up, restock, and clean cold and freezer food storage areas.

- Vendor Deliveries: Accept vendor deliveries, check quantities, and use temperature logs.

- Sanitation Duties: Perform sweeping, mopping, trash management, and facility walk-throughs.

- Stocking: Manage bulk paper goods storage and restock the line.

- Kitchen Assistance: Assist with basic kitchen tasks: knife use, sandwich making, portioning, and grilling.

- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment like slicers and scales.

- Portion Control: Ensure proper portion control and tray organization.

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous similar experience preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.

- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
