• Learn and understand the basics of the automation tools and frameworks used in the organization
• Assist in designing and writing simple test automation scripts under supervision
• Execute test cases and analyze results to report any defects or issues
• Collaborate with QA engineers to understand testing objectives and ensure automated tests are aligned with these goals
• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and standards in test automation
• Maintain and update test scripts based on new features and changes in the application
• Document test automation processes and results to assist in continuous improvement efforts
• Engage in daily stand-up meetings to stay updated on the project status and discuss any challenges
• Perform other duties as needed

• Rising undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior (we will consider graduate school students)
• Ability to work out of Raleigh, North Carolina or Naperville, Illinois, or Rolling Meadows, Illinois without housing or relocation assistance from IAT
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing principles
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• To qualify, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require VISA sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment purposes.

• Major in Computer Science
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies
• Ability in scripting languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.
