Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the lead financial advisor.
- Manage client communications, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and financial documents using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Assist in processing paperwork, maintaining client files, and ensuring all documents are compliant with industry regulations.
- Execute trading activities (eventually) under the direction of the financial advisor.
- Coordinate with LPL Financial and other stakeholders to support account maintenance, transfers, and other client service needs.
Preferred Experience (not required but helpful):
- Familiarity with Box, eMoney, WealthBox, and Holistiplan.
- Knowledge of Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) is highly helpful.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- At least 5 years of experience working with LPL Financial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- EXCELLENT written and spoken communication skills are a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Well-rounded knowledge of the financial services industry, including a good understanding of investment products, compliance, and client service.
- Experience with trading is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $65,000 bonus.
- Potential for revenue share after one year of employment.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance fully paid by the employer for single coverage (dependents will require a contribution).
- Retirement Plan: 100% match on the first 3% of compensation and 50% match on the next 2% of compensation.
