We are looking for highly passionate System Administrator professionals that can help elevate our MSP (Managed service Provider) and drive the growth and success of our company.
Who You Are :
A seasoned Lead System Engineer who has experience working with consulting teams in an MSP setting. You are no stranger to managing large and complex projects. You stand out among other candidates because you possess strengths with key project characteristics from communication, preparation, monitoring, and management of project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, resource planning, and other project KPIs. You have a proven track record of dealing directly with and taking full responsibility / ownership of client relationships and can easily evaluate the customer’s needs and provide the right solutions.
So here is the Job :
This is a new position, to be located at our corporate offices in Milpitas. The role requires the ability to pull detailed data, analyze it, and provide recommendations based on their understanding of the processes, people and / or system(s) they are working with. Your project scope will fluctuate based on the business needs, You will be responsible for deploying, modifying, monitoring, and maintaining systems infrastructure on-premise or on-cloud. You will also have to integrate and maintain cloud-based applications and systems. Our environment looks like this :
