About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for providing assistance and solutions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role combines service expertise with a deep understanding of our products, processes, and industry standards to support both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized assistance in person, by phone, live chat, email, and social media.
  • Resolve Customer Concerns: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing inquiries and complaints with empathy, offering practical solutions in a timely manner.
  • Master Product Knowledge: Learn, retain, and apply knowledge about food safety, allergens, FIFO principles, and time-temperature controls.
  • Maintain Workspace Excellence: Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and well-stocked work area to support team productivity.
  • Support Operational Excellence: Assist with order management, analyzing ship reports, discrepancy reports, and sales data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Foster Team Support: Anticipate team needs, act proactively, and coordinate efforts to ensure seamless operations across departments.
  • Embrace Special Projects: Take on additional tasks and projects with enthusiasm, contributing to company success.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace, Gmail, and Microsoft Office. Experience with e-commerce, inventory, and shipping software is a plus.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English is required. Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in customer service or a related role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or interest in the food or fitness industry is preferred.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
