Fulfillment Operations Team Lead

Overview
The Checker plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations. This position involves verifying outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the overall order fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have experience with warehouse management systems.

Duties

• Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments against packing lists and invoices.
• Utilize systems to track inventory levels and manage stock.
• Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer requests accurately.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment for e-commerce operations.
• Utilize basic math skills to calculate quantities, weights, and measurements as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Experience with order fulfillment processes, particularly in e-commerce settings.
• Ability to operate reach trucks and pallet jacks safely (certification may be required).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory management tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Must be able to lift packages up to 50 pounds as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.04 - $25.02 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
