Terms of Employment
Salary: $47,500-$80,000/School Year (Prorated for remaining contract days in 2024-25 school year)
2024-25 Work Contract: Remaining 93 Contract Days of School Year
Minimum Qualifications
- Performance experience preferred
- Current Idaho teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement preferred
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management
- Valid Idaho identification
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

Responsibilities

- Provide constructive feedback to enhance students' abilities and confidence.
- Organize and lead dance classes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust lesson plans accordingly to meet learning objectives.
- Collaborate with other instructors to create performance opportunities for students.
- Stay updated on current trends in dance education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
