As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will handle a variety of incoming calls, addressing customer needs promptly and professionally. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Assist customers with order placements and adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
