Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Agile Scrum Master :
- Engage in a [6-month contract-to-hire / full-time] role, with the potential for a permanent position.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and progress.
- Leverage project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Redmine for issue tracking and timeline management.
- Support and coach teams in the adoption and application of Agile methodologies.
- Guide teams through the project lifecycle, from preliminary design to maintenance, using Agile principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
